Close to the Sandwich Marina and the Cape Cod Canal, this home is located centrally to all that Sandwich has to offer. Just a short distance to Town Neck Beach, this Cape home has two bedrooms upstairs and one on the main floor. AC units in the kitchen and in the Master Bedroom. A first-floor bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer in the basement. The second-floor bathroom has a tub and shower. There is a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a rooftop deck to watch the sunset. Come bury your toes in the sand and enjoy what Cape Cod living is all about!

1. You must be 25 or older to book and be present at the property the entire stay.
2. You will be charged for excess cleaning if needed so please leave the property as you found it and there will be no extra charges. Should you want a cleaner during or at the end of your stay, let us know and we can arrange one at $40 per hour.
3. Our occupancy limits are very strict and include daytime guests. If you intend on going over the person limit at any time it must be pre-approved.
