We had a great stay at the cottage-its about a 2 min walk at the most right down to the beach! It is truly just at the end of the street. The location is perfect and within a short walk to a few restaurants and bars. Cottage was perfect and cozy- comfortably slept the 4 of us and had everything we needed! It was clean and very well maintained. We plan to rent again next year, Do not hesitate to rent from Jamie!

Cozy and minutes from the beach
Quiet and cozy cottage. Decent for 2 and a child. We brought our 2 dogs and it got a bit tight but manageable. Would do it again but this time w/o the dogs:) Definitely recommend the place.

The place was fantastic!
The location and the accommodations were just amazing. We had three children and two adults. Everyone was comfortable and cozy. The beach was right down the hill, several trips a day back and forth to the beach was great with the kids. Someone would want to say someone would want to do something else. You could leave your stuff set up for the day and come and go as you pleased. Within a couple of miles, you have bike rentals for the Cape Rail Trail. There are boat and kayaks rentals very close by also. Just a great time all around. Thanks, Jamie we had a great time. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Cozy & private by the sea!
My husband & I were looking to stay somewhere quiet & private for our week get-a-way. We were not looking to be entertained, we were looking to relax. This was the right choice for our vacation!.
The cottages are nearby each other but separate from each other providing privacy from the neighboring cottages. We stayed in cottage #93 on the end & felt more "secluded" from the driveway/roadway.
The beach was a short walk from the cottage - no need to bring the car! There were a number of trips made in the morning to the pretty beach location coffee in hand or a chair, drink & book later in the day. The beach is a rare find during "high season" since there is no fee to use.
The cottage itself is small-ish as expected w/2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 common area for kitchen/living space & a nice size front deck w/a picnic table. Easy enough for simple vacation living.
When we arrived, we encountered a couple of issues @ the cottage that were an indication of the previous inhabitants & their negligent & destructive living habits. One call to Jamie and the issues were handled promptly. The Property Management Team came to the property & addressed all concerns immediately!
All in all, my husband & I will surely be looking to return to this cottage for another stay - maybe even bring the grandkids next time!

Not too impressed.
Cottage quaint but pretty small. Description says it sleeps 6 but that would be rough with too small bedrooms, 1 futon with a mattress that needs to be replaced and 1 small bathroom. You have to bend down to get your hair wet in the shower. No towels or bedsheets when we arrived. Contacted owner and was told towels weren't provided. She contacted person who makes up the cottages and sheets were dropped off when we were gone. I do mean dropped off, we had to make up the beds. Toilet paper ran out 2 days before we left. Had to buy more at grocery store. I guess 1 and 1/2 rolls for 3 people for 5 days was all she though was needed.

Hi Mark,
I apologize for any inconvenience you incurred during your stay in our cottage. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed your vacation. Yes they are cozy and quaint cottages and not huge in square footage, but we think they make up for it in charm and location. We did apologize about the misunderstanding of not having the sheets ready for you. Most guests do bring their own, which is why she did not put them on the bed but left them there if you decided to use them. We do not provide towels, toiletries or groceries for your entire stay. Renting a house versus a hotel usually means supplying your own items. We do have some toilet paper and such there upon arrival, but we have guests who sometimes stay a month and we do not supply enough for the whole stay. Again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do hope you enjoyed your stay and hope you will stay with us again.
