This charming Cape house is 202 years old, and was the original home of Captain Nickerson of Cotuit. Gracefully restored to modern demands, the house is one and a half blocks from the beach. A brand new kitchen is featured in this lovely old cape house, 200 year- old planked floors, with a cozy living room and a working fireplace. There are three quaint bedrooms, two newer full baths, and a sun-room with a pullout queen couch. The house has an enormous out-door deck, gas grill, and a pretty grassy yard.
The house comes complete with linens, towels and beach equipment. The house is in the historic part of Cotuit, and is the quintessential 'Cape Cod' house.
