The area has something for everyone. Castlemorton common is peaceful and great for walking, but nearby in less than 20 minutes you can be in Ledbury, Malvern, Upton or Tewkesbury all interesting towns to visit. In half an hour you can be in Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester or Ross on Wye.
Three counties showground is 10 minutes away with a wide range of activities on throughout the year. Westons cider is a great place to visit, Croome Park, Eastnor Castle or a visit to the Morgan factory. Why not hire a Morgan car for the day. The Landrover experience is also near by.
On top of this there are lovely restaurants and pubs to visit. The Inn at Welland, The Swan, Hanley Swan and Farmers Arms all being near by.
A rural retreat. Once here there are walks to local pubs or on to the Malvern hills. The train station at Malvern is a great way to travel further a field.
How to get there
From Welland head across Castlemorton common and when you see the Robin Hood pub on the left, immediately take a right into New Road. After about 1/2 mile you will see a post box, turn left and then left again down a track next to a bungalow. Myrtleberry studio is over the 2nd cattle grid. Ignore sat nav for the final 5 minutes of your journey!
