We are located on Captains Quarters Road, a quiet off street from 116th Bay Side.Our two story three-bedroom home has: a master suite with queen bed and master full bath, a bedroom with two twins which can be converted into a comfortable king, a bedroom with bunk beds consisting of a full on the lower and a twin on the upper. There is an additional full bath on the bedroom level.We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials provided. There is full dining table. The living room has an additional sleeper sofa. Everything about this vacation experience, the rental, & especially the owners were perfect! Kathy & her husband were so helpful & compassionate to all of our issues (arrival time, departure, car trouble, etc.). We will never be able to write a review that says all the wonderful things about each aspect of this trip related to the rental.

The place was clean and comfortable. It's not very practical to walk to the beach if you have children and equipment but it's a very short drive and you can always find parking on 122nd street. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Management response:

Our Unit is less than 2 blocks from the coastal highway and then the beach sand is yards away. All of our neighbors have always walked our children and continue to walk our grandchildren to the beach. Rest assured it is not too far to walk.

We had a great week. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and location was great. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay again.
