I booked this home for my husband’s surprise 50th bday party. Ppl arriving from up to 3 hrs away.
We arrived @ our destination @ 4:45pm to find the door ajar and another party had already vacated the property. Safe to say I was in shock & absolutely freaked out knowing I had people arriving to a weekend away th@ I PROMISED TO PROVIDE for them!
I was surprising my husband w/ a house on the water, no obstruction in view/pool table/wet bar/separate bedrooms w/ 7 bathrooms-almost 1 per couple Every1 needs and luvs a bathroom especially around strangers you’re just meeting.
VRBO & airbb both had this listing & it was double booked. 1 party arrived first. It wasn’t us.
I called Jason in absolute panic knowing there was another property needing it.
His tone was calm and never changing throughout. He knew this was a terrible mixup. He gave me address of other property th@ slept the same amount of people but entirley different setup. It was just his luck (& ours) that it was vacant.
In the end it worked out. House = beautiful & clean but it wasn’t what i paid 4. Jason was apologetic. He offered a deal I didn’t feel was truly fair in the moments before guests were arriving. He felt It generous enough to refund $500 & allow L8 checkout … I hope he makes amends with the other $300.

We stayed at the property with a group of girl friends and had a wonderful time. The property has amazing views, very easy access to the beach, ample parking and all the amenities. The property is also close to other amenities. The host was very responsive. Would definitely visit again.

Three generations of our family from throughout the northeast gathered at this gorgeous property for three days to celebrate an 80th birthday. We rented the entire house, which included a rear apartment that connected to the front part of the house and added two bedrooms and a second kitchen and laundry. The combined space was perfect for 11 of us. A charming small elevator was a real bonus for those with some infirmity as well as for hauling luggage and food to the second and third floors. While the pool table kept the teens occupied for much of the time, everyone enjoyed the stunning views and the beach itself. The house is exactly as described and even better than than the photographs. We cooked and baked in the large, open, well equipped kitchen where we could all easily gather. Everything was immaculately clean and we all enjoyed every aspect of the house and it's perfect beachfront location. We felt very lucky to be there. There was one glitch at the very beginning due to an error made by VRBO that resulted in the rear apartment being double booked. Jason quickly resolved the problem by offering the other renters another space, and everything went perfectly from that point forward. We were sad to leave and everyone agreed that we would come back in a heartbeat if given another opportunity.

This beach rental was rented for our extended wedding weekend for us and our entire wedding party. There isn't any other place in old orchard beach that could come close to the amazing experience we were able to share while staying there. Between the beautiful location right on the beach, and very small drive to our venue, our wedding weekend was made much more exciting and memorable by renting this beach house.
It was extremely clean and offered us plenty of sleeping arrangements. We could not have done better! Thank you to the owners and entire crew that work to keep this house rentable. Great memories were made!

Gorgeous house right on the water. We especially loved the views from the main living area and primary bedroom. Well apportioned kitchen to cook our thanksgiving meal. Elevator was a must for parents in their 80s. A ton of space. We all had an amazing g time! Highly recommended!

Perfect family vacation
The home is really gorgeous and the views are unbelievable. You won't be able to stop looking out the windows! The amount of space was wonderful for our large group of 13. The elevator was much needed for a member of our party in a wheelchair, and much appreciated. (Note: for anyone in a similar situation, you can get a complimentary beach wheelchair from the town of Old Orchard. It was priceless for our experience!) Our family was very comfortable with the large kitchen/community space, as well as the privacy provided by the multiple beds & baths. From booking to checkout, the property manager, Jason, was exceptionally helpful. He even stopped by with a replacement when the blender on property malfunctioned so I could still have my breakfast smoothies! My only comment would be that the property is between 2 motels, so some evenings could be loud if the windows were open (which they need to be in the bedrooms without a/c), but wasn't a big deal since I use a white noise app. Absolutely recommend, and would definitely return!

40th Anniversary and family vacation
A fantastic place to stay. We have 4 children and there spouses as well as 3 grandchildren. The beach location was perfect and the house easily accommodated everyone. The kitchen was awesome and allowed for multiple cooks at one time to speed up meal preparation. Everyone had an amazing and memorable vacation.

Wonderful beaches
Large home, great for multigenerational vacation. The beach is beautiful, wide, very sandy, perfect for beach walking. Short distance to Portland and Kennebunk so fun for day tripping. Responsive, nearby manager who assisted with concerns. Not all bedrooms are air conditioned, ceiling fans were out of balance so could not be used in several bedrooms. Kitchen area needed some minor repairs which mgmt was advised of so future visitors will benefit.

Perfect house and location
This property was amazing. Clean, modern, spacious and airy with ocean views throughout. Just steps to the beach, too. Owner was extremely responsive and the entire week went off without a hitch. Our family has been renting properties on different Maine beaches for the last 10 years and this one is definitely at the top of our list. We will be back! Thank you to the owners for making our summer with this beautiful rental.
