We have been vacationing in Maine for about 15 years and this was our 5th year in OOB. As frequent renters this home is definitely a home away from home and the most lovely of homes we have stayed at. All the amenities and extra touches made our stayed even more pleasant. I appreciated the full kitchen and all labeled items. The front porch was great for evening chats and cards games. The yard was perfect to play yard games and grill out. The bedrooms were perfectly set up for our family!!!! And our children loved the waterfall shower!!
This truly is one of the best homes we have stayed at to date and we look forward to returning.

The house is immaculate from top to bottom inside and out. Even the Weber grill was so clean it looked like it was brand new.
Just spotless.
Tons of little things that made our stay fantastic, lots of towels and wash clothes, spices, water, coffeemaker the list goes on.
Easy location to walk to town although we drove to the beach. Pretty quiet neighborhood with friendly local neighbors.
We are returning here next year, truly one of the best properties we’ve stayed at anywhere.

The house is spacious, clean, and well kept. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 teens. The multiple bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect. It is a short drive to the beach or little longer walk. It has everything you could need while away from home. We appreciated the wagon, beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. Unfortunately we needed the first aid kit, but everything was stocked there too. As described in the listing. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic time. Despite some rain early in the week, there was plenty to do to keep the kids occupied. Once the sun came out they enjoyed the beach, while we went to Kennebunkport. We highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, availability of anything that is required for your stay and walking distance to town.

Stay was fantastic. Owner supplied everything you could need for a home away from home. Beds were comfortable. Brita Water filter was really a nice feature for filling water bottles. Home was centrally located to drive to Portland or surrounding area and walking distance to fielders choice for ice cream or general dollar and even the pier. Would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for a great property for friends and family to gather.

This property was ideal for our family gathering in this iconic city of Old Orchard Beach. Washer/dryer was so nice, spacious bathrooms, nice yard, front porch and perfect back deck to relax on. Very clean and stocked with everything you would need to get you started. Great kitchen.

This was a very nice remodel older home with all the amenities you would ever need on vacation or otherwise! This felt like a Home away from Home stay! Good proximity to the beach, restaurant's and surrounding area. All the snacks and extra's were a very nice touch. Very clean and everything well organized. We would recommend this rental and would return again if visiting the area! We picked up our daughter, son n law, & two of their friends off the AT at Mt. Washington area for a few days of RR before they finish the last 300 miles of their AT hiking journey. They really enjoyed there stay!

We had a great time at this house! It was very clean, organized and had plenty of space to rest and relax. It was close to all the local beaches and restaurants too. The washer/dryer was a plus too!
