Stay at one of the most breathtaking spaces in downtown Louisville. This is one of 17 lofts located on the top two floors of a former industrial building. We boast 7 1/2+ ft windows with gorgeous views of the City, the Ohio River + the lush Floyds Knobs hills beyond. In each loft the furniture + open floor plan is configured to allow guests to have as many queen beds as they need while hosting friends + family in comfort. Our amenities are truly outstanding + we believe you will have an amazing time.

I HAVE 17 LOFTS TOTAL IN THE SAME BUILDING. Staying here, you are on the 2.5 mile “Bourbon Line”, the gateway to Bourbon country. Anchored between the Peerless Distilling Company two blocks to our west and Copper & Kings to our east, we sit on a line of bourbon attractions — Evan Williams, Angel’s Envy + the Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse, and more! We are also directly on Museum Row and centrally located for walking or driving a very short distance to some of the best dining + bars in Louisville!!

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: Lyft, Uber, Yellow Cab + Ready Cab. Also, TARC (the Louisville bus system) runs a free downtown trolley—the ZeroBus—that stops directly across from the building about every 15 minutes (except on Sundays + Holidays).

PARKING: Metered street parking in front of the building. Parking garages across the street + behind my building. There is cheaper lot parking at W Market + 8th and to the west of the building. The lot parking is not best for overnight as it expires at midnight or 4A. Parking options range from $2 to $18.
