This comfortable home is conveniently located near both Boise State University and downtown.
This home was built in the 1930s; however, the remodel converted the basement into extra living space for additional privacy with tile floors and light-filled windows. Kitchen cabinets, the kitchen sink, and hard wood floors on the main floor are original.

About the neighbourhood
The neighbors are friendly; downtown is a quick bike ride or car drive away. The yard has a large grassy green area for playing or relaxing but it is NOT fenced.
Please note that the street is a busy thoroughfare; however, many guests don't mind the street noise. The home is an older home and you should expect the older home style.
How to get there
From the Boise Air Terminal
Follow W Airport Way out of the airport area and onto S Vista Ave. Stay straight and remain on S Vista Ave. After a little over 2 miles, turn left onto Rose Hill St. Rose Hill St is just past Grover Ct. There is a signal light at this intersection where you will turn left. You should see a railroad bridge over Vista Ave. If you pass under this bridge you have gone too far. 2808 ROSE HILL ST is on the right.
