All three units in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. Great for wedding parties or special events. These (separate) three-story units rented together have 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), two large loft areas (sleeps 10), and two queen sleeper sofas in the downstairs living room (sleeps 4). So - the unit can sleep a total of 28 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.
