Swallowdale is self catering accommodation and is very well equipped, ideal for families and couples alike.
Swallowdale has stunning views up and down the river. In season you can fish straight off the decking or if you prefer you could hire a day boat locally. Swallowdale has its own 27ft private mooring.

Brundall is well serviced by shops, including a Convenience Store, Chemist, Post Office, Hairdresser, DIY Shop, Restaurant, Take away's, Cafe, and Pubs.

There is a Nature Reserve and golf course with crazy golf, within a couple of miles.

The river Yare in Brundall is renowned for its excellent fishing, with a variety of fish species including Bream, Eels, Ruff, Rudd, Perch, Roach, Tench and Pike.

Brundall railway station is only a 10 minute walk away and trains are very frequent going to Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. There is also a Pub/Restaurant and a Bistro within 10 minutes walk.

From the A47 McDonalds Roundabout head towards Brundall down Cucumber Lane, go straight over the roundabout into the Street, turn right into Station Road, go over level crossing and pass The Yare Pub. Swallowdale is about 1km on the right hand side.
