The house has 3600 square feet under air, plus over 2000 square feet of screened porches, decks, and lanais. There's five bedrooms and baths, two laundry areas, a full dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. You have your own tropical retreat in the screened pool area with a heated salt-water pool with spa, a bar area with a second refrigerator. The house is within walking distance of all of Captiva's unique restaurants, quaint shops, art galleries, a day spa and the beach is only 300 yards away with direct access off of Wightman Lane. Relax on a porch all day long.
