123 Landmark Street is 4BR/4BA 2 story house, updated with new furniture throughout the house and all beds have new Tempur-Pedic type memory foam mattresses.

As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by stunning views of Landmark Bay. Entering the Foyer, the Living Room is straight ahead, Office and Master Bedroom are to the left, and the Dining Room, Kitchen and Family Room are to the right.

The Living Room has a 24’ soaring ceiling and a stunning view of Landmark Bay and the pool. It has seating for 6 with an electric fireplace for a touch of ambiance. A great place to sit back, have a drink and a quiet conversation.
