Across the street is the Santini Plaza and marina. There are shops and restaurants across the street and with the marina right there you have access to sightseeing tours and fishing trips within walking distance. Also within walking distance is a golf course. In the middle of the island you can rent mopeds and bikes. A short walk down the beach will bring you to parasailing and Jet Ski rentals. Take the trolley for only 50 cents and ride down to the north end of the island and go out on the pier and enjoy Times Square. After spending the day on the very busy end of the island, take the trolley back to you peaceful and quiet getaway.
The condo is set up for families with children of all ages with books, movies, games, sand toys and noodles for the pool. There is a king bed and queen size sofa sleeper with an accordion door that can be pulled shut to make this 2 bedrooms. It is also perfect for that romantic holiday as it is very quiet and relaxing and the private balcony is also perfect for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We even had a wedding proposal take place on the balcony this year and she said yes!!
The condo is beautifully decorated and we keep everything updated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is completely furnished with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, blender, toaster, etc. Linens are provided. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. We have a new queen size pull out sleeper and recliner in the living area. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony and a kitchen table with 4 chairs in the kitchen. We have a new 32 inch TV with blue ray player with movies for all ages. Books, games and beach toys are supplied also. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella for your use. We now have just added High-Speed Internet that you can access directly in the condo!
You never have to worry about boredom! There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, sightseeing tours, day trips to the Keys, casino boats, lots of shopping and golf across the street. Tennis is available right on the grounds along with shuffleboard and grills to have a picnic outside. The pool is heated so it feels like bath water. Bikes and mopeds can be rented right on the island or take a trolley ride to the north end of the island to the pier and Times Square. Plus the beach is right outside your door!

Great vacation place
We were at the condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of our first visit to the area.. Nothing was lacking by the owner. Beachside view, dolphins swimming around, and sunsets were picture perfect. Met some fantastic people who were there for their first trip to the area. All of us agree we will return next year.

Peaceful and relaxing!
The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. We felt like home the minute we walked in. Amazing view!! (Pictures are from the balcony) The beach is beautiful and right next to Lovers key! We love it!!

Missed it!
We had to cancel our trip due to the hurricane. The Condo owner and TripAdvisor gave us a full refund. We had planned the trip for almost a year so it was disappointing to not get there. Hopefully we will be able to try again next year, as this looked like it was going to be exactly what we wanted in a vacation spot.. I did not want to check anything as a rating number but was forced to complete it. I am sure it would have been the best.

Perfect beach condo for 2 adults
Our stay got off to a rough start as we were bit by the no see ums. The other visitors we met were very friendly. Enjoyed our trips down to the pool to swim and chat. Would love to come back, perhaps at a different time of the year.

Vacation in Paradise
The Condo was just like being at home but in Paradise. The beach and pool were great and the sunsets were spectacular. It offered all the comforts of home.

Great place!
Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The place was immaculate, well laid out, beautifully furnished, and even had such things as a hair dryer, iron, beach chairs, and DVDs on hand to watch. I should add that the bed was the most comfortable of any place we've stayed. The view from the balcony looked right into the sunset. Good eating places are available close by so there's no need to go downtown to get a quick meal. Sannibel took us only a bit over 15 minutes to reach and a beautuful state park was not far south. We went for the outdoors scenery so we're very pleased. Thanks to the owners for providing us with a top place to stay.

Wonderful view with a semi private beach!
I stayed in the Condo with my 6 year old daughter. It was everything you need in a condo at the beach. Nice flat screen television with cable t.v. Fully equipped kitchen was nice for cooking meals in. Large king size bed and pull out bed with plenty of blankets made sleeping arrangements more than adequate. The condo is located very close to the elevator which was also really nice! And to me the most important feature....THE VIEW IS AWESOME!!! And the beach was wonderful as well. The beach is sort of cut off from other outside hotels so it remains pretty uncrowded which was neat. We had dolphins swim within 50 yards of us multiple times and had fun picking up the starfish and sandollars that were everywhere!(we returned them of course) I have stayed at other places along this same stretch of beach and this is one I will definitely be returning to. The owner is also very nice and made herself available for any questions you may have.

It would be difficult to find a more perfect view and location!!
We were so pleased to find almost everything about this condo just as we were told it would be! The exceptions were the internet connection which is very weak in Bldg. C and only worked for me in the outside entry area and the washer and dryer is not in the condo but off of the lobby area downstairs. However, we considered these minor "glitches" overall. Loved watching the dolphins every day between 8:00 & 8:30 am ( they're prompt) and also manatee gave us a show. This was our first time renting a condo so we were apprehensive but wouldn't hesitate to rent this one again! Very peaceful and relaxing with everything we needed right at hand. We called it. "Beginners luck".

The condo is located at Estero Beach & Tennis Club on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. It is directly on the beach and this condo is a direct gulf front, meaning the balcony and all views directly face the Gulf of Mexico. It is about 30 minutes from the airport. You can exit the south end of the island easily driving through beautiful Bonita Springs for any sightseeing you may want to do. There is a marina across the street along with wonderful restaurants. A golf course is within walking distance along with parasailing and jet ski rentals. There is parking right on the premises and there is a trolley you can take from one end of the island to the other for only 50 cents!
A car is not necessary if you are planning on staying on the island. There is the trolley you can take and you can get a taxi from the airport. If you like to go sightseeing and want to see Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Everglades, etc., then you will want a car.

How to get there
To come in on the north side of the island: From 75 take exit 131 Daniels Parkway to the west. Take Daniels Parkway to Summerlin Road to the south (there should be signs showing the way to the beaches). Take Summerlin to San Carlos and then you will cross the bridge onto Fort Myers Beach. The road name then changes to Estero Blvd. The Publix grocery store (best place to buy your groceries) will be on the right side of the road about 3 miles after the bridge. You will pass the Holiday Inn on the left and Santini Plaza and the Marina are on the right and then you will find Estero Beach and Tennis Club right across the street from the marina.
To come in on the south end of the island: Stay on 75 until exit 116 Bonita Beach Road. Just stay on Bonita Beach Road until it turns north into Hickory Blvd and then keeps going until you come onto Fort Myers Beach and it turns into Estero Blvd. Then we are about 1-1/2 to 2 miles on the right side of the road.
