This well appointed, detached, single storey 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home is fully air-conditioned with high ceilings giving a spacious feel throughout the home. There is an outdoor private, south-facing, screened pool with an outside eating area and loungers for your use. The pool area can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. A further access from the pool to the master en-suite bathroom provides easy shower access without having to go through the house. There is free Wi-fi access for guests and all local and national calls are free. The main dining area has a 6 seat capacity while the breakfast area accommodates a further 4 for meal times. There is access to the pool area from the great room. The Kitchen is in the centre of the home and is fully fitted with double sink, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Outside: The south facing pool area has sufficient loungers and chairs available to accommodate all guests. Other amenities available: Just around the corner from the home, there is a clubhouse with a newly refurbished small gym, lounge area with internet access and a larger pool available for use by house guests, just around the corner from the property. Golf: A neighbouring estate has an excellent golf course, just minutes from the house, while there are a number of other courses close-by. Spa: For those of you who wish to be pampered the Spa at the Champion's Gate resort is just a few miles away.More

It was wonderful stay

Hpuse was very nice. And clean we in joy hour self. In fact we would like it july 17 thur 20 thats hpw much we love it the owner was so nice it wasn a problem at all ms staten

5 stars aren't enough!

Excellent location in quiet, gated community. Extremely clean and well maintained. Private, clean, heated pool. Move-in ready with kitchen appliances, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Also has books, DVDs and board games. Extra bonus - the owner is as fair and gracious as you will find....More

Super cozy

Super cozy house 🏡 and perfect location. My kids loved the warm swimming pool. This house has everything you need. The owner makes you feel very welcome. I loved the quite and friendly neighborhood. Also the fact that the community is gated.

Excellent Home

This home is wonderful! The owner responds quickly and is very helpful. Home and pool was clean and had lots of amenities available. Close proximity to lots of attractions and stores. Great home away from home!
