Sitting just 15 minutes away from Disney World is the relaxed community of Lake Wilson Preserve. Built in 2005, it’s 96 Mediterranean-style houses, a mixture of residential and holiday homes, are surrounded by conservation land, with many overlooking small lakes. The quiet neighborhood is a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, with all Orlando theme parks accessible in 30 minutes or less. Our self-catering villa is located at Lake Wilson Preserve, a small and quiet development of Mediterranean style homes with red tile roofs and block paved driveways near Champions Gate. Our self-catering villa is located at Lake Wilson Preserve, a small and quiet development of Mediterranean style homes with red tile roofs and block paved driveways near Champions Gate. The design of the villa provides comfortable affordable accommodation with the added benefit of a south west facing private (Heating Optional £16 Per Day Extra) pool which gets the sun from morning to evening with newly refurbished decking and pool screen. A particularly useful feature for families, the villa has 2 en-suite queen size master bedrooms with large walk-in closets and both have 32' Led TV's with cable channels, front twin bedroom also has 32' led TV, there is a laptop safe, inside the villa there are dining areas to seat ten and by the pool there are twelve seats, two tables, sun loungers and a three seat swing chair. The villa great room has a 50' Smart TV with Netflix and over 260 cable channels, Local calls and long distance to the USA and Canada are included for free, there is a Sony PS4 Blu-Ray games console with games and Foosball table and Table Tennis table in the garage. There is a fully furnished kitchen with a four slice toaster, English style kettle, Hob kettle, blender, electric can opener, American coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven / range, microwave oven with adequate crockery and seating for ten people. The garage has a utility area where you will find a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. All bed linen and towels are included. The villa is furnished to a high standard, with free high speed wireless Internet access. Check in after 4 PM - Check out before 10 AM. Suitability: (THE H.O.A. ARE VERY STRICT AND DO NOT ALLOW PARKING ON THE ROAD, NO SIGNED COMMERCIALLY MARKED VEHICLES, MOTOR HOMES, TRAILERS, CAMPERS, BOATS, JET SKIS, OR OTHER RECREATIONAL VEHICLES) ROOM FOR TWO SMALL CARS ONLY ON VILLA DRIVE • Strictly No Smoking. • Long-term Renters Welcome. • Pets are strictly not allowed as villa owners are allergic to pet hair. • Wheelchair access may be possible as villa on one level but bathrooms are not converted for disabled guests use. • Children welcome. Orlando holiday

Fantastic, close to everything!

Excellent base for young and old

Villa was great, well equipped and a great base for a great holiday. Close to Disney parks and Champions gate for shops and eating options. Owners offered us a late checkout on final day which was very much appreciated. Would definitely book again.

Lovely time

Great villa in a quite community. Large, and with everything that you would require to make your holiday relaxing and stress free. There was only the two of us, so more than enough room. Publix, Chinese and pizza takeaways 5 min drive away. Large Walmart...More
