Our villa has free wireless internet access for your laptop computer, voip phone or pda. We have a games room with X-box 360 + games, Air hockey table, pool table and Foosball plus a selection of games and toys. Second full bathroom shared by guest rooms. The open plan living space has 2 sofas . 42' HD TV, with Home Theater surround sound system,, BLUE-RAY/ DVD player, with a selection of Blue Ray and DVD's. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Full size washing machine and drier. Our villa is provided with all linen and towels. Cot and high chairs are available at our villa with no extra charge. Safe in Master closet with no extra charge. The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. We provide a guest handbook this contains the house rules and useful information. The trash must be place out for collection excess trash will incur a 100 fee for removal, notice is in the kitchen for time of collections and bins must be replaced after collection please do not leave them out we have strict HOA rules. If you use the bqq and do not clean it there is a 100 fee for cleaning and photos will be sent, all cleaning materials are under the kitchen sink for your use.

Great experience.

After long days at Disney it was great to come " home". That's exactly what it felt like. Everything you needed was there and clean. Neighborhood quiet and pool was great. Stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed my stay. Rachel is very pleasant. Will definitely stay again.
