Situated in a gated community in a peaceful location in Davenport, the Villa benefits from its own private pool & jacuzzi, the pool can be heated on request at an additional cost. The villa consists of one twin, one double and two master queen suites, both with en-suites ideal for families. All bedrooms have a TV. Villa also has games room to keep children of all ages entertained. On site you have a communal area with a play area for the children and a tennis court. Close to all amenities including shops and restaurants and all Disney parks are approximately 20-30mins away depending on traffic. Just over 1 hour away you have some beautiful beaches including the gorgeous white sands of Clearwater beach, and just about 1.5 hours away are the beaches of Tampa and Busch Gardens theme park. Great Villa

Just had a weeks stay in this fantastic Villa. It had everything you needed , was clean and felt like home. Very private quiet location about 15-20 minutes drive to bars and restaurants. Will be booking this villa again in the future.

SUPER LOCATION ! Home exceeded our expectation

BOCK TOWER CLOSE BY WORTH THE TRIP.Also florida orange juice visitor center in lake wales very interesting . Lots of good resturants near by. Walmart Aldis tBig Lots only about a mile away
