The home was in excellent condition and electronically advanced. Cheryl and Don Richardson were excellent hosts to deal with. We had several questions and they always responded quickly. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with everything imaginable. A great play to stay with fantastic hosts.

Fabulous month in The Villages
Don and Cheryl were fabulous hosts. Truly concerned about our every need. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail such as labels on light switches and cupboards. Plus, they were great about checking with us to make sure our stay was going well.

Great Location / Wonderfully Furnished
We enjoyed our stay and were grateful that our Lab Lucy was accepted there. Everything was comfortable and well organized. Thank you.

Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed our week in The Villages. We elected to stay in the Village of Feeney as my husband and I were on a househunting trip and wanted to be close to most of the "open houses". The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the Lanai, walking trails, and adult swimming pool, which was less than a block away. It was a wonderful stay. Don and Cheryl provided all the information needed for our effortless check in.

Nice place in newest part of villages
Great place! Clean and new! Definitely on the outskirts of The Villages but the Village of Fenney that they are in has a nice pool and Rec area. Owners are easy to work with.
