Because the building is secure I will meet with you to get you keys and access. Depending upon the guests time I will then usually show you a few things about the unit such as the various entrances, where the grocery stores are located, how to get to the free shuttle, how the AC works and fire extinguisher location etc. If you have reserve parking Ill also show you how and where to access the garage.
Id be glad to answer any questions and make suggestions about dining and entertaimnent venues and site seeing destinations as well. Im available by mobile phone during your stay for anytime of questions you may have.

Dave's 16th St Penthouse is the perfect location for getting around the Denver area. You can walk the mile strip or take the courteous bus which stops up and down the strip. The rail service is also close by. We took it to The Buckhorn Exchange, Dave was very accommodating. He was easy to reach if we had a question,...

I highly recommend staying at this apartment to enjoy the lower downtown Denver area. The apartment is beautiful, the location is optimal and the owner is wonderful to work with!

Great condo, great location, great owner! Coors Field, Union Station and 16th Street all easily accessible by foot. Highly recommend this unit. Have fun!

About the neighbourhood
Located in the Posh Riverfront Development directly adjacent to the heart of Denver. Walk one block and you are at the newly redeveloped Union Station, where you can catch the Free Mall Ride taking you uptown near to everything including the Colorado Convention Center, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Larimer Square dining, bars and shopping, Coors Field Baseball, Pavilions Mall for movies, dining, bowling and more. Walk one block the other way and you are in the expansive Riverfront Park area, where you can kayak, jog, workout or even have a picnic. Go west and your are just a couple blocks to Elitches Amusement and water park. Go two blocks the other way and you are at Denver Skatepark one of the largest skateparks in the nation.

Dont feel like going anywhere, just go downstairs...

One of the best reasons to stay at my loft is the myriad selection of transportation venues available .
1) You are only 3 blocks from the A LINE Plane to Train light rail station. Only $9.00 and 32 minutes each way between the station and the airport.
2) One block to the 16th St FREE MALL RIDE. A bus that runs up and down the 16th Street Mall - Denver's premier shopping, dining and entertainment center. During operation hours it runs every 5-10 minutes and is free to ride
3) Denver Metro Light Rail - One block away you can catch a Light Rail train that will take you throughout the Denver area. Look up RTD Light rail for current station and rail lines.
4) RTD Bus Station. 2 Blocks away you can catch a bus for the Denver and Front area
