This Beautiful and Comfortable 1700 Square foot house is centrally and conveniently located in the National Historic District. The quiet residential neighborhood is a four minute walk from the free shuttle, a five minute walk from the grocery, and a six minute walk from the center of downtown. Carter Park with a sledding hill and playground is one block away. Our stunning view of the slopes allows you to watch the sun rise on the Ten Mile Range.

About the neighbourhood
Our house is in the historic district of Breckenridge. Our original house was built in 1898 and remains on property, to the west of this house. The neiglborhood is quiet and yet a short walk to the center of town.
Getting around
It is a 3-5 minute walk to the free shuttles which come at least every 20 minutes. They will take you to any of the 3 ski area bases, or to the transportation center where you can transfer to a bus to Keystone or Copper Mountain. There is a grocery store 3 blocks away and another a short bus ride or drive. The playground and sledding hill are 1 block away. Mountain bike and road bike trails are easily accessed from the house. The center of downtown is a 4 block walk. You really couldn't park much closer to the action.
