Thank you for the opportunity to comment!The location of this home is really wonderful, the deck, and the newly remodeled bathrooms are lovely! However, as I described to Matthew on the 2nd of July, the family room/kitchen are very close to being uninhabitable. All 5 of us experienced coughing, sneezing and an alergic reaction to extreme dust that we felt was coming from the very old, very dirty wall to wall carpeting. I would hope that this carpeting would be replaced prior to this cabin being rented again - by anyone - especially as the winter approaches.

Daily walks along the lakeshore and Blackwood Canyon, sunsets, with visits to Sugar Pine Point State Park, Meeks Bay, Chambers Landing, Taylor Creek, etc. We enjoying reading, talking and eating many meals on your nice deck. We stayed at the Holland property from a Monday through a Thursday in February 2024, with my wife, my son, my daughter and her husband, and our dog. The property is very comfortable, it is well stocked, it had everything we needed and everything in the house worked well. The driveway was cleared off during the snow, the walkway was cleared, and it was stocked with bags of sidewalk salt. At the same time, it is not too fancy so that we did not have to worry about anything and we felt at home. We will be looking for this property the next time we visit Lake Tahoe.

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. It was very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped and loved the wood stove with glass front. Perfect for our family. Would really enjoy staying here again.

Impressive with quality products in what must have been a recent bath remodel. Well stocked and equipped. Clean and orderly. We donated a knife sharpener and dish drying rack. Very pleased.

The house was expected, which was very nice. Unfortunately there was a mixup with emails and I had to call many times to be able to get into the house. Everyone I spoke with or met in person was excellent. They really do a great job.
