Cypress Hillside is a beautifully renovated 1921 home on large lot with great outdoor space. It features 5 bedrooms and plenty of communal space, both in and outdoors. It is well suited for the gathering of family, friends or work colleagues.
The home is has three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Duke's Den off the Living Room downstairs functions as the 4th bedroom, with a full bed futon. A full bath and multiple living areas are also located downstairs. The upstairs office off the Master bedroom can be set up as an additional (5th) room to accommodate more guests, with the introduction of a deluxe queen Aerobed.
The kitchen is was newly renovated in 2016, with custom cabinets, hand painted Italian tile and fabulous green quartzite countertops. Cook on our Viking range or outdoor Weber grill, and enjoy beautiful mountain views...

We reside in Texas, but are available by phone or e-mail as needed to answer any questions. We have a local manager who is available should you needs hand-on support during your stay.

This home provides easy access to the East side and most points of interest in the LA area. This is a hillside property which has a number of steps up from street level to enter the home, and it is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
There is a detached 2 car garage which is accessed by code, and another off-street parking option in front (perpendicular) to the garage. Street parking is also available. Entry into home is gained by way of an on-site key found in the lockbox on the front porch.
