This recently renovated two-story loft is conveniently located on the waterfront in Old Town Eureka. It boasts 20 foot ceilings, tall windows with indirect bay views, and an open floor plan that lends itself to entertaining. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining and living areas. The living room has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, large screen television and an office area- perfect for work or relaxation. An open stairwell leads upstairs to two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The decor is simple and modern, with vintage nautical touches throughout. We do this because we come in mid-stay and change your linens and do some light cleaning! Old Town Eureka is a Historic district on the Redwood Coast containing buildings from the Victorian era, cobblestone streets, galleries, shops, restaurants, museums, and a waterfront boardwalk. Visitors often use Eureka as their 'home base' when visiting Redwood National and State Parks, but Old Town Eureka is known as a fine arts mecca and destination in and of itself. You'll find galleries, museums, artist studios, live music, and theaters within a few blocks. Maps of the area and tourist information are available to help guests get the most out of their stay in our beautiful area. This rental was completely excellent inside. Comfy beds, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, and beautiful windows throughout. The location cannot be beat if your goal is to walk all around Old Town Eureka, which we did. Parking was never a problem, and we could see our...More
