The perfect beach townhouse in the perfect location of the Beach Colony in Del Mar.

Furthest townhome from the train track so it is really quiet.  Also, closest townhouse to the Beach!

Tucked off of Coast Boulevard for privacy and quiet....yet just a short walk to the beach!

Completely renovated with high end finishes throughout. 

Open floor plan with private patio and fireplace off living room, and relaxing deck off the upstairs master bedroom.

There are three bedrooms, the master has a king bed and is located upstairs with an en suite bathroom.

It's near Torrey Pines, the University, Scripps, and business districts, and less hectic than the nearby shopping and museum tourist districts. We were a couple plus friends on holiday. This was a peaceful 3 bedroom suite w/pool, mediterranean-ranch, walled compound. Easy to get anywhere, rentals, beach club, and dinner all a few blocks away. No steps, and no imposing neighbors. The 180 degree panorama of La Jolla Cove was cool! There’s a wall of glass in the open floor plan, filled with ocean, fog or sky. Evening light from the bay was beautiful. Different outdoor spaces to relax in, like a lovely tiled heated pool and piazza for gatherings; the grassy knolls worked for wine and lounging, and a lawn off the kitchen was gated separately and seemed good for seniors, kids, or pets. International decor throughout, a quiet palate. There was art, linens, dining sets and cookware, a fireplace, a washer/dryer.

It’s hard to imagine a more relaxing place to stay! I spent my mornings lounging by the pool in a large, beautifully decorated private backyard. The home also allows for breathtaking, unobstructed sunrise and sunset views. The rooms are comfortably appointed, as are the spacious bathrooms. It’s a great place to explore La Jolla and San Diego from - you can get anywhere quickly, enjoy all that the area has to offer, and then come back to a quiet, relaxing home.
