We had a good experience in general. However, we did have a few hiccups:Instructions for the TV did not work the way it said. I had to figure it out on my own (input had been changed to something different).No mat in the shower. Very slippery, and we are 80 and 65 years old. At the sametime, not sticky mat under the kitchen carpet. Again, slippery.For two days, the roof was being replaced. No notice, no email, no text. Even a "sticky note" on the front door telling us that the roof was going to be replaced. We could have rearranged our days out to be away from the noise.GFCI plug in the bathroom is worn out. Things would not stay on when plugged in. It needs to be replaced. My husband is a Union Electrician, and he knows what he is talking about.No A/C in the unit. Generally, wouldn't be needed. However, bedroom was on the main floor. With the proliferation of bear warnings, we couldn't leave a window slightly open at night. So the unit would become somewhat stuffy overnight. I would open all the windows first thing in the morning to get air moving. No notepad or pencil. I just needed to make a couple of notes for the grocery store. That became difficult. We had a good time. But, like I said, a few hiccups.

Place was cozy, loved the fireplace. Beautiful trees surround the property. Close to shopping/food hit quiet street. Wish the hot tub had better hours.
