A beautiful and very welcoming family home in a quiet and peaceful area. The wood burner was a particular family favourite given the snowy Easter weather. We also loved the excellent restaurant...

Thank you so much for your kind review. We can make the cottage cosy and comfortable but can't do much about snow at Easter unfortunately!! You're right, the Caddy Mann is lovely and service a great selection of interesting local ingredients. Re walks: next time, try the walk along the river to Kelso (you can bus back) or there is...

We stayed for a week in this beautiful area. The cottage had everything we needed even half a dozen eggs to greet our arrival. It is spacious and comfortable can't fault it at all, so pleased with our choice. It's location is ideal situated close to several small interesting towns. I hope we can return one day.

The cottage is in a great location to explore the Borders and beyond. We enjoyed visiting all the local areas and a trip to Edinburgh. Excellent meal in the restaurant right next to the cottage, the Caddy Man which we would highly recommend. Lovely walks nearby or straight from the cottage. The cottage is very spacious, comfortable and equipped with...
