Two independent vacation residences, very close to Paligremnos beach of Plakias, are waiting for you to enjoy your stay in the island of Crete. The residences are brand new, built in 2015 with modern and elegant design. Irida residence consists of two floors with a total area of 83 sq.m. and it can host up to five (5) people. At the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a large convertible sofa bed and a satellite TV. On the same floor there is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is one more master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view to the sea. Villa Irida Plakias
Very nice place in Plakias, only a few meters from the nice sandy beach. Worth emphasizing the great local team that made our stay seamless and enjoyable. I would always return.
