There is a New Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The kitchen dining and living are all open to one another.. The kitchen comes FULLY stocked and sports some awesome granite counter tops, a huge side by side refrigerator and a glass top range. Mtn. View has so much to offer, from fishing, boating, hiking, biking, zip lining, canoeing, horseback riding, live music,( We Are The FOLK MUSIC CAPITOL OF THE WORLD ) antique shopping, comedy shows, the Ozark Folk Center and the World Famous, Spectacular, Jaw Dropping Beauty of Blanchard Springs Caverns....Live Music at and around the Courthouse every weekend... All this and much more is just moments from Tranquil STAR.. Tranquil STAR has a SISTER HOME Directly Next Door !! Need more space for a larger gathering ??? Check out TRANQUILITY... There is absolutely no smoking in Tranquil STAR Smoking on the back deck is discouraged... If it is raining, please smoke on the front porch. If you feel you must smoke on the deck... PLEASE make sure the back door is Closed.. THANK YOU. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7:30 am.

Comfortable and quiet

I spent a wonderful month at Tranquil Star. It was very comfortable and quiet. Tonya and Scott were very helpful and considerate! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful place

Town, house, river, community we’re amazing. Probably the place place that I’ve vacationed in the USA. Didn’t want to write a review because I wanted it to stay a secret .

The River, the Bluffs, the Tranquil Peace, the Caverns, the Music, the Folk Center, the Quaint town of Mtn. View, the Friendly Townspeople and all that there is to do and see is something that you Must experience to understand why the area is so very special.
Getting around
Once you get to Tranquil STAR you may never want to leave !!! However, should you decide to, a vehicle is necessary. A Scenic Boat Ride is Recommended...!
