The cottage is a single storey barn conversion from an open Victorian Cart Bay, Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. With full central heating, modern bathroom with shower and razor point. You will also find colour TV, Digibox, DVD player and Hi-Fi on hand if you need them. The cottage still retains the original beams. It has a fitted kitchen and two bedrooms, one twin and one double, the larger bedroom can easily accommodate another singe bed or cot-both are available on request. Bedding is supplied. There is use of a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. There is also a freezer for each cottage. We provide pure filtered water. And undercover parking for cycles. We have a small lake for the exclusive use for guests which is well stocked with tench, carp, roach, rudd, perch and bream, within easy walking distance from the cottages.... Read more

We've stayed regularly now for 4 years. Sometimes taking family with us. Jan and Martin and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, they make their guests feel like family. The accomadation is immaculate and you are welcomed with a lovely hamper....More

The owners were very helpful if needed but the accommodation and grounds need a lot of work. when you pull up to the property you will find window frames that need painting and a parking area that needs weeding and the foliage pruning back, the...More

Spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped . It's is located opposite the farm entrance. Louth is charming - very good Moroccan restaurant called Marrakesh.

Further up the coast is Cleethorpes with the fabulous Pleasure Island. Inland, history is close by in Horncastle, Alford with its Windmill and at Tattershall where you can climb its medieval castle. A visit to Cadwell Park on a race weekend is a must for motorsport enthusiasts.
