We invite you to come and enjoy our comfortably furnished home from home. Sharmalyn is a 4 star detached house, ideally located, just 200 yards from the superb sandy beach and coastal footpath at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, Cornwall.

The large 'L 'shaped lounge / dining room has a feature blue slate fire place with patio doors leading out onto the private south facing sun terrace, flat screen TV, DVD and CD. The kitchen and utility are fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite facilities; one twin single bedroom; and one room with bunk beds each with own wash basin. Also seperate cloakroom and seperate shower room on the ground floor and seperate wc on the first floor. Parking for up to 3 cars. The terms include central heating and hot water....

The estuary is ideal for water sports and the Camel Trail wends its way along the old railway route to Wadebridge and onto Bodmin for scenic cycle ride and walks.… Other local leisure pursuits include Horse Riding; Go Karting; Tennis; Bowls; Harlyn Surf school and for Golf enthusiasts there are championship links courses close by at Trevose and St Enodoc and across the estuary at Rock.

Nearest Station is Bodmin Parkway approx 15 miles with regular bus or taxi transfer onwards.

By Air
Newquay Airport is approx 10 miles with a selection of regional destinations plus Car Hire facility.
