North Berwick is a lovely sea-side town in East Lothian with long, uncrowded beaches, it's own summer festival and Highland Games, and an easy train-ride from Edinburgh Waverley. If you are into golf, you have some of the finest courses in the world on your doorstep - The Open was held at Muirfield, for example - and the Best Italian Restaurant (& chef) in Scotland is on the High Street at 'Osteria'.

Nothing negative to say about this property. We can only agree with all the other excellent reviews. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in North Berwick then look no further. 5 stars from all the family - children to grandparents.

Car: Use satnav to get you from Edinburgh (or from South on A1) to get you to EH39 4HG. Advantage of a car is that you can get to other local places like Gullane (for Falko's Konditorei), larger supermarkets, and other beaches (like Seacliffe and Tyninghame).
Airport is a reasonable distance away, so book a local minicab to pick you up.
