Carlingford boasts many bustling restaurants and pubs where you can enjoy the traditional Irish Culture and nightlife on offer and sample a pint of Guinness along with the famous Carlingford Oysters! The new 6.2km greenway cycle path from Omeath to Carlingford follows the route of the old railway line between Carlingford Marina and Griers Quay Omeath providing cyclists and walkers with a safe track offering spectacular views along the scenic coast of Carlingford Lough.

Carlingford Cottage is located only 1 hour from Dublin and 45 minutes from Belfast. With regular flights to Dublin Airport, Belfast international Airport and Belfast City Airport as well as several daily sailings to various seaports of Larne, Belfast, Dublin and Rosslare.
