This semi-serviced apartment has 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area, with large sliding doors opening up to a private covered balcony. The bedrooms, positioned on either side of the lounge area, have their own sliding doors opening up onto the balcony. The views from the balcony are of the canal (which runs through the Waterfront) and the clubhouse, which is easily accessible and which is available for use by all residents. The apartment has free wi-fi installed and DSTV satellite tv. The apartment comes complete with 2 undercover parking spaces, as well as a separate storeroom. There is a full passkey security system in place. The apartment gives use of a fully equipped gym with the main pool overlooking the Marina for a minimal extra cost and the complex has 2 additional canal-side pools which are free to use. The location is a mere 10min walk to the international V&A Waterfront shopping centre, with Cape Town's finest restaurants at your fingertips, as well as a grocery store. Water taxis can be taken to the centre of town. Just on the other side of the mountain, 15min by car, takes you to Cape Town's most beautiful beaches in Camps Bay and Clifton.

We loved the apartment and it’s a great location!
What a great location next to the V and A Waterfront, a short walk to all the entertainment, shops and places to eat. A very comfortable, well equipped apartment with a balcony overlooking a canal. We loved it all and Lionel, the agent, was very helpful.

Perfect location with top security for a great price.
The location was great. The manager Lionel was just great showing our group every amenity the complex had. Pools, gym etc. Lionel even showed us how to get to certain tourist points and advising us where to visit. He was on 24 hour call if we needed his services. The owner Richard was awesome allowing us to book in early due to our arrival being 9.00am. What a great help that was. The apartment was in pristine condition and every amenity was there for our use. When I return to Cape Town I hope I can stay at 104 again. Thank you Richard and Lionel for a wonderful stay.

Amazing apartment
Had a fabulous holiday in 104 Altmore, the apartment is really lovely and has everything to make you feel at home.The complex is very clean and has 3 lovely pools and is very secure. Lionel who checked us in was a joy to deal with, he was on time and gave us good advise about Cape Town.The apartment is so handy for all the amenities that Cape Town has to offer.I would use this apartment again, it is very good value for money

best location in town for relaxing and exploring
104 is a beautiful comfortable secure apartment with all you need for a great stay. it is perfectly located about a ten minute stroll one way to the V&A Waterfront with all the shops restaurants and tourist facilities and a ten minute stroll the other way into the main city centre. Started and ended most days just sitting in the warmth on the balcony overlooking the canal watching the world go by.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location
My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful Waterfront apartment for 2 weeks over Easter. The rooms are light and spacious and every possible convenience is provided. Not only was the apartment the perfect mix of style and comfort, it is also the perfect base from which to explore the city. Especially having the bustling waterfront just a 10 minute walk away; with it's shops, restaurants and resident seals! My only complaint was being forced to leave at the end of the two weeks.

Top drawer accommodation - amazing location
This is an excellent place to use a base for your Cape Town adventure. A beautiful apartment in an excellent and very secure location, just a few minutes walk from the bustling V&A waterfront. Secure on-site parking is ideal and offers the chance to explore further afield as well as locally. The booking process was excellent and Richard L (owner) was very helpful and approachable with any queries we had. Lionel and Milly (site managers in Cape Town) were very welcoming, and were happy to help with anything we needed while in SA. Overall, we couldn't have chosen better and would definitely choose Altmore 104 again when in Cape Town. Highly recommended!

Très bel appartement au centre-ville de Cape Town
Appartement spacieux pour deux couples, nous y avons résidé une semaine. Grande terrasse très agréable donnant sur le canal, ce qui procure de la tranquillité. Situé dans un beau quartier de la ville près de la marina et du port. Je recommande cette adresse.

Superb Apartment with excellent location
We rented Altmore 104 for the week of Christmas December 2014 in Cape Town. All dealings with the owner and agents were very welcoming and hugely efficient. The apartment itself is ideally located within a few minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront and also easy major road access for trips outside of Cape Town. We were a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 12. The fact that the apartment was in a secured gated complex and had easy parking access made for a hassle free time during our stay in Cape Town. The apartment is in excellent condition and really has everything you could possibly need to self cater. All rooms are a really good size and it was particularly nice to be able to enjoy an early evening drink on the balcony. Very quiet place to stay and yet moments from the hub of the waterfront. Definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again next year I hope.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location
We stayed at Altmore 104 with our two children (9 & 14), the owner Richard was great to deal with and he has equipped the apartment out really well. The apt is in an excellent location on the V&A waterfront, definitely the best position in Cape Town, it is set within a completely secure location and is an ideal base to see the beautiful surrounding area. The apt is a pleasant 10 mins stroll along the waterways and harbour into the V&A which is full of great restaurants and bars etc, and the secure underground parking which is accessed handily right outside the apartment door means you are only 2 mins from the motorways. The apartment itself is richly decorated and has a lovely patio area overlooking the waterways, a lot of the apartments will have Table Mountain views but you can see those from everywhere else and this is reflected in the great value of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to South Africa !!!

Best ever!
We stayed ten days in this unit with our two young adult daughters. Similar to the comments in the previous reviews, we found the accommodations to be excellent in every way. If we were to return to Cape Town in the future, we would certainly choose to stay at Altmore 104 again. Wonderfully convenient location, first-rate accommodations that were very well cared for, and a rental agency that was quite responsive in their support for us. It's a bit complicated to find the place initially, so be sure to gain thorough directions prior to a visit.
