Paid air-conditioning by arrangement in the Garden room. The Pumba room has a kitchenette with selfcatering facilities.
It was really not what we expected, the photos on website do not speak for itself.
our room didn't have a fully equip kitchen, no sink available, kitchen area shared clothes cupboard area (unheard of)
the pool is pealing, so it looks horrible to swim in
we had to pay for air conditioning (unheard of) this should be included in the price
this place needs a revamp and an upgrade

Very poor owners
My husband and I had a prepaid booking to stay here for 1 night. After a long drive from Johannesburg we arrived in the evening to check in. It was a gated community, we had our booking and confirmation info in hand. Security called the owners and the owners said no it's not the right names, don't let them through. We had the confirmation # and invoice that we paid for it, but they didn't care. We were thankful that we drove to Hoedspruit with a tour company as they were available to find us accommodation on such short notice and late at night. Very disappointed on how the owners handled this and could care less that we were stuck without accommodation.
