A great way, to enjoy every event of the year.The house is on a great location,we are Close to three major freeways,( I-17, I 51, 101 ) for easy access to other parts of the valley, ( Phoenix, Scottsdale ) also the stadium, where you can be part of the action.
The house has, a game room,with pool table and dart board, 2 bars, an oasis swimming pool, and backyard, with a super duper stainless still grill, large patio, and fire pit, a great Kitchen and family room with lava granite counter tops, 65' smart tv, large Italian sectional, also a gorgeous master suite, with a king size bed, 2 guest room, with queen beds, also two twin fold up memory foam beds, also a easy bed ( optional) ...ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! This home has it all.
