A group of friends and I visited this property over Easter break. I have been to Jaco before and wanted something a little more private and hopefully without all of the tourists. This property was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to go into downtown Jaco whenever we wanted and then go back to our private homes on the gated community. Jaco is very popular with the younger crowds and sometimes it is nice to not stay where all the noise and people are. Most cities in Costa Rica don't have street addresses, so it can be difficult sometimes. Most directions are given in distances or landmarks, like make a right were the church is. Because of this GPS is recommended if you rent a car.
If you like the tropics and enjoy your own space/privacy, this is the place for you.
