Both ensuites have been fully renovated with large, overhead showers. There are balconies off both of the bedrooms to enjoy a private cup of coffee or watch the wildlife in the trees. The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a matrimonial bed, both with very comfortable mattresses. We also have a fold-out couch in the living room, although we restrict our number of guests to 4 so everyone can have their privacy. With the entrance on the main floor, you are just steps from one of the two pools on the property with both lounge and shaded seating. The main floor is open concept with a powder room and laundry room for your convenience. Just outside the door is a full-sized propane BBQ that you are welcome to use during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes & drinkware, pots & pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and coffee press, toaster, blender, a countertop stove, and a full-sized fridge. The breakfast bar has 4 oversized, cushioned pub chairs to enjoy your home-cooked (or delivered) meals. The over-stuffed living room sofa is the perfect place to curl up with a book and unwind after a hard day at the beach, enjoying the sun and sand. Dedicated Wi-Fi allows you to stay in touch with your friends and family. The property is gated with on-site security and quiet hours after 10pm. In fact, the only thing that may keep you up at night are the howler monkeys that like to hang out in the surrounding trees! Linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and paper products are supplied for all short-term rentals. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that all of our guests maintain social distancing and respect a limited time and occupancy in the pool and common area(s). For more information on the current restrictions, please ask. We currently have some improvement projects occurring in the complex that may be noisy during daytime hours.
