Because we have all the units (houses) equipped with kitchen and utensils for the preparation of meals, we do not explore any service related to the food. No additional cost, we have maid service (linen, cleaning and daily housekeeping). The small and cinematographic beach of Ponta de Serrambi, where the Sollarium is located, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful, private, calm and clean beach resorts of our coast, with its reefs along almost all the coast, the sea is quiet with several formations of natural pools. Interaction with guests Even if you are not personally present, our agent resides in the Condominium and will always be at your disposal to assist you when you need it. Other observations PATRIMONY Any damages caused by the guests or their dependents / guests to the internal or external facilities of the Pousada will be debited in the account of the respective apartment. VISITS - Visits can be received in the unit occupied by the host, being prohibited the use of the common area like swimming pool and overnight of the same. Exceptional cases may be evaluated and authorized by the management with additional addition in the daily rate. PARKING - The Pousada offers two parking spaces per house, and is extended to guests. The management of the Pousada is not responsible for any damages caused by third parties or thefts occurred in vehicles that occupy the parking lot. FORECASTED OR LOST OBJECTS - Any object found at the Pousada will be stored for a period of 30 days. After this period, if there is no one to look for it, the object will be given the most convenient destination, at the discretion of the Pousada; VALUES - The Pousada does not have a safe and the Guest is responsible for personal values. The Pousada is not responsible for any value or object that the guest leaves at UH when they are away.More
