This is THE perfect downtown location for SXSW, Austin City Limits, Formula 1, UT Football weekends, Holidays, New Year’s Eve, Convention Center Events and much more!
Located right at the corner of 4th and San Jacinto, this is a 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath (2 sets of sinks/toilets each in their own room, separate room with shared tub/shower) that is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable/convenient stay right in the heart of Downtown Austin.
This condo is as centrally located as you can be in Austin! Just one block from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from the 6th Street and the Warehouse Districts. Every downtown restaurant, bar, nightclub, and live music venue is within walking distance!
This 1,100 square foot unit has accommodations for up to 10 guests. Downstairs sleeping accommodations: -1 King Master Bed/room -1 King Guest Bed/room -1 Sleeper Sofa in Living-room
HUGE private upstairs Loft sleeping accommodations: -1 King Bed (or 2 twin beds) -1 Queen Futon -1 Queen deluxe air mattress -2 Twin deluxe air mattresses
Full Kitchen includes granite counter tops, full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, espresso/coffee maker, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare and eat meals.
Wet bar includes glassware, a blender, and all of the barware you need for bartending. Just bring your own liquor/mixers or shop at our local liquor store, Urban Wine + Liquor, just 3 blocks away (Free delivery with any $50 order).
Other amenities include a 40' flat screen television, full sized washer and dryer, HD Cable television, 10 Mbps wireless internet access, and a private covered balcony.
Our cleaning service makes sure that every stay is stocked with: Freshly cleaned linens for all beds and sleeping spaces; fresh towels, washcloths, make-up removing wipes, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and TP in the bathrooms; laundry detergent, and bleach for washing clothes; and whole coffee beans (grinder included), sugar, creamer, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen to make sure you have everything you need during your stay!
This unit is also equipped with a commercial tankless hot water heater for never-ending HOT showers!!
This condo comes with 1 private/gated parking space that can accommodate one car and a motorcycle/scooter. The entire complex is gated with controlled entry and video surveillance. The front door opens to an above view of the available community pool.

I like to give space to my guests, but I am available when needed. I pride myself on being accessible to my guests so feel free to Call, Text, or Email before, during, and after your stay. (Text/Email preferred)
We rented this condo for participants from our company going to SXSWedu 2016. They all said the condo was really good. It was very clean and everything inside worked. Thank you, Brad, for being a great host. You were very responsive to any questions that came up.

I would highly recommend this condo for a stay in Downtown Austin. It's clean, cute and perfect distance to all things downtown. Our group was going to a convention at the convention center and it was a super quick walk to the convention center and to the many restaurants downtown. I would absolutely book this condo again!

Coming from the airport, you have a few options to get yourself to our property: Taxi (approx. $36 before tip and 4 people MAX), Uber ($20-$26) Rent a car ($$), or take the Airport Flyer Metro Bus. I highly suggest using the Airport Flyer Metro Bus.
- It leaves from the airport every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. - The trip takes about 20-30 minutes. - Drops you off 1 block from my property. - Only costs $1.25 per person.
It’s the cheapest way to get from the airport to my property and back to the airport after your stay. I’ve had many of my guest arrive this way and they have all had nothing but good things to say about it.
