The location is very convenient to all, taxi, malls, grocery nearby. But the unit itself is a bit disappointing. During the day I arrived, there's a lot of dust and since I'm a bit allergic to dusts, I have to request cleaning materials and clean the unit by myself. I guess, the unit is not cleaned regularly since accumulation of dusts were everywhere. Aside from that, the charge posted compare to the actual charges that will be asked from you to pay is different. They require 90USD separate from the amount posted. It should be atleast mentioned with the guest or at least inform the guest beforehand. All in all, my stay is quite normal but convenient. Not recommended for vacation who needs relaxation since the area is noisy. But for business purposes, it is okay.

Thank you very much for your lovely review about our location and possible visitor types suitable to our accommodation units. We will surely be looking at improving on the other issues you mentioned and hope that I can explain briefly our side of these issues.
We will be putting more attention to those stubborn dusts, because it's in a very popular commercial and busy place, the dusts can really accumulate quite faster than normal cleaning compared to a 5 Stars Hotel with very high room rates compared to our $27-39AUD 2015 rates, but we have bought a new vacuum to help with this issue as well as making sure more detail is done with the cleaning.
The rate that's charged to bookings are always checked to be the most competitive rates in the market and you can more than likely to see our units in the lowest rate fees listing page, also because this is a self contained unit some cleaning on your own is expected to help save on fees compared to the Hotel's daily housekeeping, specially if you have allergies that you are sensitive to . We also have additional cleaning materials and on call housekeeping or concierge to do things for you should you require it for a small local fee.
For new online customers, the charges on the third party booking sites are not easily understood, available and easy to show as we sometimes find it hard to input all our price and policies when the site has limited functions online to show these. We have however in our main description and visibly listed the following if read carefully it's this one.
" You only stay, enjoy, and pay the rates advertised here and a small deposit for anything else and that's it! It's the trust of having a good place to stay and really having a holiday is our promise to you! "
The $90USD is for electricity and security deposit only and is credited back to you should your consumption does not exceed our expected charges and/or damages and this helps us keep our rates lower to avoid guests that can sometimes waste electricity and damage things.
I hope this helps clears out our side of the story and truly thank you for your review so that we can continue to improve even more in providing a budget friendly accommodation that can help family and friends see each other and for business people to get things done in the Philippines, because we sincerely value all our customers!
