The Villa (300 sqm) is located in front of the Dune Golf Course and is 5 minute walk from the beach. It offers generous living area, anopen plan kitchen, a laundry space, a private sun deck with outdoor sofas and private pool. The ground floor boasts a spacious living room, with huge comfortable sofas, voluptuous bean bags, completed with 55” flat screen TV, a fully-fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and all necessary tableware and kitchenware , a formal dining room and some more casual seating around the kitchen island. Four bedrooms are on the 1st floor; each with their ensuite bathroom (one being an ensuite-shared), built-in wardrobes, private balcony, ceiling fans and A/C. The beds are fitted with thick Dunlopillo mattresses, 100% cotton bed linen and comfy pillows. Wonderful, modern and functional Villa

We rented this house so we could enjoy the beach, restaurants & the golf course all at the same time, and it certainly was the right choice! The house is wonderful - modern and functional yet so tastefully decorated with attention to the smallest detail....More
