BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. - Attached bathrooms are offered in both rooms. - There is a fireplace, king-sized bed, TV and an attached balcony in the room on the first floor. - The room on the ground floor offers a queen-sized bed. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms - both attached. - Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 8 people and offers a fireplace.  - The dining area seats 4 people.  - There is a 2,840 sq ft. lawn with seating and swings.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa, except for the kitchen.  FOOD - All meals can be provided from the nearest restaurant at an additional cost. - Guests can also eat out from restaurants like Hotel Abhi Ruchi, Welldine Restaurant and Thalassery Restaurant.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Guests can take a peaceful walk in the tea garden and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.  HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa is relatively secluded.  - This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs.  - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.  - We are unable to offer WiFi here. - Mobile networks such as Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - All meals can be provided from the near-by restaurant at an additional cost. - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost.  - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.  POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.More
