About the neighbourhood
Luxury and comfortable rooms with the view of the city is what makes our property the most attractive spot for tourists visiting the city. It's an ideal starting point for walking and experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of the city centre, or simply soaking up the sun in one of the city's many open-air cafes. The Old Hajduk Stadium is located on the right hand side of the property. It was built on a king’s vineyard, a plot called ”The Royal Field” in 1911, the same year that the opening match of the UEFA-Euro tournament was played on the newly built stadium with the Netherlands. Hajduk is without a doubt one of the greatest prides and a synonym of Split and its citizens.
The nearest grocery store, exchange office, bakery, bars and restaurants are only 2 minutes away on foot.
The property is only 600 metres away from the Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO-protected site. The Archeological museum is only 200 metres away; the Republic Square (Prokurative) is 500 metres away; Poljud stadium is 400 metres away.
