Welcome to the Guest Quarters @ the House of the Rising Sun. This gorgeous property sits on arguably the most beautiful site in Port Vila. PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE TWO LISTINGS FOR THIS APT. THIS LISTING IS THE 2 BEDROOM OPINION, WITH PULL DOWN SOFA IN THE LOUNGE. OUR OTHER LISTING IS FOR THE 3 BEDROOM OPTION. We are in a gated expat subdivision just 4 km's from town. The guest quarters above the main villa, with your own private entrance and parking area.
A unique pool is available for guest use, however it is not fenced, so children would need to be closely supervised. We also have built a private guest nakamal (summer house).

About the neighbourhood
Our gated subdivision juts out into Port Vila's harbour. There are 16 lots, most are now built on. The beauty of this new subdivision is it's only 4 km's from town.
The best swimming/snorkeling beaches are from West to North. All beaches at Paradise Point are public, so you are welcome to swim off any of the beach fronts.

Airport: Bauerfield: 12.0 km
Ferry: Domestic to outer islands: 0.5 km
Directions will be sent to our guests upon final payment. However, it is very easy to get to Paradise Point, as it is only 4 km from the centre of town.
Buses are plentiful, and there is always 100 to be found, to take you to wherever you wish to go within Port Vila for 150 vatu ($A1.50) per person.
However we recommend our guests hire a car for a portion of their time to explore the island.
