As already mentioned the apartment is in the small centre of the city, so basically all the fancy restaurants/ Museums/Boutiques are just minutes of walks away. The best jazz club of the city is just a minute of walk away from the apartment. The Opera House is a minute of walk away from the apartment. There are Japanese, Lebanese, Italian , American, Armenian, Chinese, Georgian and other international food restaurants very close to the apartment, 2-8 minutes of walk depending on the restaurant.
Getting around
Normally you would not need a car to go sight seeing inside the city , because it is basically close to everything you can find interesting so you can get almost to all the exciting places by walk, but for your convenience there is a bus station near the apartment, also 2 metro stations in couple of blocks away. For your information , taxi is a fairly cheap means of transportation too( if you know how to use them) i will teach you how :)
