1. The Space The apartment is fully furnished with one-bedroom, located in a safe and quiet residence, about 3 minutes walk to West Lake and 5 minutes by bike to Lotte landmark. The apartment is bout 70m2 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom, with a balcony. The place comes with large windows which make it super airy and full of sunshine. Wireless internet and cable TV available. Garage on the 1st floor and free of charge. All residents are foreigners. We have friends from Canada, Japan, Russia etc. living in other apartments in the building. 2. Guest Access You have the whole apartment for yourself, but please keep your noise down after 10 pm.
