Собачья будка по цене отличного номера
Размер ячейки - ровно половина купе в поезде. Причем, они не додумались даже сделать место для багажа под нижней полкой. Чемодан, рюкзак - и места для ваших ног уже не остается (камера хранения ночью не работает). Шумо- и свето- изоляция никакая. Туалета и душа нет - надо пользоваться туалетом в терминале. В booking.com в описании неправильно написан этаж - на самом деле второй, а не третий (по-английски тоже неправильно - написано second, а не first). Ночью не ходит шаттл с первого терминала на второй, таксисты карточку не берут и вообще слабоадекватны. Отель за такие деньги мог бы и встретить.

Hit the spot
Had an overnight connection on the way out of Vietnam and this beat a 15-25 minute cab ride to a hotel. I was a bit skeptical given that it was in an airport terminal but everything worked out fine. The Sleep Pod is near the exit on the right side of the terminal, across from the public restroom area. Assuming that you are getting there late/leaving early it is highly likely there will be no foot traffic where you are, meaning it is quiet and relatively private (again, given that it *is* in an airline terminal). The pod was quiet, bed comfortable enough, and just enough room to get ready. Some basic toiletries, snacks, and drinks were provided so you weren't forced to open your suitcase if you didn't want. While I didn't know what to suspect, I got a good night's rest and didn't have to fight with morning traffic to catch an early AM flight.

Sleeping Pod
The VATC sleep pod in Terminal 2 at airport in Hanoi was very comfortable, clean and well managed. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs to take some rest during long transits.

Getting around
A free terminal shuttle bus service operates about 10-15 minutes between the domestic and international terminals at Noi Bai International Airport, Ha Noi (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2). The bus operates from 6am - 12pm daily. If you would like our pick-up service and use the free shuttle bus, please contact the VATC SleepPod Reception for more information.
