This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house is ideally located to the east of Pattaya in a very quire housing estate. The house is a very large two story single house and very private . This accommodation is ideal for families or groups of friends and couples. This location is outside the heavy traffic of the city and you can get to many popular locations within 15 to 20 drive such as Jomtien Beach, Cartoon world water park, Floating Market, Nong Noch Gardens as well as many Golf courses. There is a public swimming pool within 80 metres of the property, guests are welcome to use this for a nominal fee. The neighbourhood is very quiet but still there are many bars and restaurants shops and supermarkets within walking distance. great holidays

This is a great place, very convenient for family holidays. shops and bazaars are very close, all attractions are easily accessible. very quiet and beautiful area. home owners are wonderful kind and helpful people! My family and I really enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful place!

It has everything you will need

There is something for everyone whether its visiting all the tourist attractions going to fabulous beaches or enjoying the wonderful championship golf courses there are lots of activities for everyone. Close by this house you will find Cartoon Water Park a guaranteed great day out for all the family. Underwater world is very close by as well as the Floating Market.
Getting around
Its best to get a Taxi at first but once you have settled in its easy to rent a car locally. All sorts of transport cost very little and finding your way with the help of GPS is the best way to go.
