Unit #11 is on the top floor directly facing the Caribbean.  The balcony faces the beach  and pool.
3rd floor wrap-around balcony.  Patio doors open from the LR to the balcony as does a BR door.

Located just north of the town of San Pedro (10 minute walk down the beach) close to Boca del Rio Park and just south of The Cut. No bridge tolls or water taxi fares to get into town!

~1000 sq. ft. unit has two big bedrooms, two bathrooms, beautiful L-shaped deck overlooking the beach and the on-site pool, and a spectacular kitchen with modern appliances.

The building features a roof-top deck which is readily accessible from our unit on which you can sunbathe, take in views of the town, or BBQ.

Had wonderful five night stay in this condo. Perfect for two couples. Nice to be on third floor with balcony and ocean view. Pool was a great addition after a day diving or snorkeling. Good location with easy walking to stores and restaurants. Property manager...More

Location and view can't be beat. Truly ocean front for sunrise views. Condo is spacious and well set up. The second bathroom is a plus. Full size kitchen although we only used coffee maker. Down the street are multiple ocean front bars and restaurants. Location...More

About the neighbourhood
ODC is close to town (15 minute walk) but away from the hustle and bustle. It is also south of the river 'Cut' meaning no bridge tolls (now $5 BZE each way), water taxi fares ($7+) or long golf cart rides (miles!) to get to the shopping and restaurants in 'down-town' San Pedro. There are many amenities and conveniences within a short walk of the condo, including a wonderful gym, a food store, golf cart rentals, bottle shop, bakery, and restaurants.
There is a pier on the beach across the street with a dive shop and place to book excursions, tours, and fishing charters.
There is a beautiful public beach at the end of Boca del Rio drive.

Airport: San Pedro: 2.0 km
Ferry: San Pedro Water Taxi: 1.5 km
Two choices to get to San Pedro from Belize City International Airport (Goldson):
1. TropicAir flight to San Pedro airport on a Cessna Caravan turboprop (18 minutes, about $70 USD each way)
2. Water Taxi - about 1 hour and 15 minutes... $12.50 USD each way.
From the San Pedro airport take a taxi (right outside the terminal) to Oasis del Caribe - should be $5-7 USD.
